After the goods leave the warehouse, the delivery time depends on the area of your delivery address:
Core urban areas: Delivery within one to two working days after shipment
Major urban areas: Delivery within two to three working days after shipment
Remote and rural areas: Delivery within three to five working days after leaving the warehouse

- Privacy packaging
We understand how important privacy protection is to you. All orders are packaged for double privacy:
Outer packaging: use ordinary express bags or cartons without any brand logo or product information.
Express delivery form: The sender information uses a common name, and the contents are marked with neutral words such as “daily necessities”, “gifts” or “office supplies”
Inner packaging: If the product itself has a brand logo, the outer packaging can effectively cover it to ensure that the courier and collection point cannot identify the properties of the contents.
You can safely choose express delivery stations, express lockers, collection points and other non-personal signature methods.
- Freight Instructions
Standard freight: Based on the order weight and delivery distance, the freight is automatically calculated and displayed on the order page.
Free shipping threshold: After the order amount reaches the specified amount, you can enjoy free shipping service. The specific amount is subject to real-time prompts on the website.
Special products: Some large or fragile products may incur additional packaging and shipping charges, which will be explained separately on the product details page.
- Order inquiry
After the order is shipped out of the warehouse, you will receive a text message or email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the logistics progress through the following methods:

Copy the logistics order number and check it on the official website of the corresponding express company or third-party logistics platform
- Exception handling
Logistics stagnation: If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 48 hours, please contact customer service to assist in expediting the shipment.
The package is damaged: The outer packaging is obviously damaged when signing for receipt. It is recommended that you open the box and inspect the goods in person. If necessary, you can reject the package and contact customer service for processing.
Lost parts reissue: After confirming the logistics loss, we will reissue your order free of charge.
